First, there was this. Mmmm, bbq chicken, pomme frites, and corn on the grill. We even found a spicy bbq sauce made especially for higgins. Nothin' better! Had to take this photo and send it to the fam. The loved it!
Then, there was this. Brie bison burgers, fresh peppers, salad and good wine. Delish! We sent this with an "after" picture of Bonnie licking her chops. She didn't get anything but kibble...cause she's a dog and she likes kibble...but it was still funny.
Finally, this. This hot dog means we are back home. Back in Indiana. Back to a dirty house and company tomorrow. Well, just Eric & Lotte picking up boxes for their move (wah!). They don't really count because they could care less if our house is messy. But we all know there is a fine line between allowing some mess (so I don't have to clean ALL night) and verging on disgusting. Yeah, fine line. Blog or clean...blog or clean??? We all know which won at the present moment.
Sigh... this hot dog was all worth it to see the email from hubby that followed:

She told me to say it! Hey, they're Hebrew National, what can I say? In all seriousness she's a better cook than me!

Lucky for him, I really did tell him to say it. Funny guy. Now B is laughing at some awkward teenanger. I must go set him straight.
