It's a rainy morning, and yet there is a joy in the air. In Cricket's eyes, in Mr. Schalk's good morning words, in my Mama's smile. Today is going to be a good day. The rain will be there regardless of my mindset. Sometimes it (the rain which makes me think of the yuck of life) may be nearby hiding behind clouds or it may be miles away as the sun shines bright. Weather changes, troubles come and go, but joy remains. There is goodness in the world and it is found in God's promises and His unending grace. Today will be a good day. Rain and all.
