Pool Time

IMG_0676

It may be "technically" a month away, but in our world..Summer's here!!!!

I spotted a cute little pool on Amazon a couple months back. I lost the attachment for our electric air pump so poor Mr. Schalk had to blow it up himself. What a guy! He blew it up, filled it up and sat back snapping away at our cute little girl. He sure loves his Cricket baby!

Isn't our sweet girl getting big? Fifteen months looks good on you baby doll!

Cricket loves water. She is often found getting distracted from Bonnie's water bowl. It's just so darn tempting to stick your hand in and swish it around. Unlike Bonnie's water bowl, this time she was allowed to have as much fun swishing water as her heart desired. Oh, what fun!

Cricket was a happy little camper in her baby pool. We plopped rubber ducky and a few Little People in there and she was thrilled. It is so nice to be outside now. We all have fun in the yard, at the park or pretty much anywhere we can soak up the sunshine and fresh air. And bonus, we all sleep well. Trust me, after 13 months of not sleeping through the night, this is a welcome change. Yay for pools, yay for sleep and yay for Summer!

  2. I know, Marcella! I was just thinking the exact same thing this morning. She's grown leaps and bounds in the 3 months since her bday. :)

    Thanks for stopping by!
